AM I

I am a qualified personal trainer concentrating on providing each client with a individualised training plans tailored  to their fitness goals and achieving positive changes to health and lifestyle. Specialising in 1-2-1 training, nutrition, weight management and functional fitness training, I pride Myself on providing a personalised and passionate service to my clients.

HOW I

WORK

To be able to tailor any exercise and nutritional programme central to my clients, I require each client to complete an initial fitness assessment. Whether the priority is to lose weight, build muscle, tone-up or simply an improvement in physical fitness, each programme is devised on an individual basis.

GETTING RESULTS

Using the fitness assessment, I consider a client’s abilities, strengths, weaknesses and any limitations, personal preferences or medical considerations that may be applicable. This allows me to provide each client with effective, directed and safe programmes to achieve their desired results.
